Accounts Assistant

We are seeking an Accounts Assistant / Accountant who will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling day-to-day accounting activities, supporting financial reporting, and ensuring timely completion of accounting-related tasks. The candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting records and transactions.
• Handle cash, bank, ledger, and reconciliation entries.
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, bills, and payment records.
• Maintain accounts payable and receivable.
• Assist with GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliance.
• Prepare monthly reports and financial statements.
• Verify expenses and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with branches and the HR/Admin team.
• Support audit requirements and maintain proper documentation.
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting activities.

Requirements

• Qualification: B.Com / M.Com/Mba in Finance or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Knowledge of GST, TDS
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience: 0–2 years / Freshers can apply.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 per month
