What they need
About the role
We are looking for an Accounts Assistant to support our Accounts Department.
Key responsibilities
- Perform daily accounting data entry
- Handle and update Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Key in invoices, payments, receipts and other accounting transactions
- Assist with bank reconciliation and account records
- Maintain proper filing and supporting documents
- Follow up on outstanding documents/payments when required
- Assist the Accounts Department with month-end closing and other accounting matters
- Perform other administrative and accounting duties as assigned
About you
- Diploma/Certificate in Accounting, Finance or related field
- Basic knowledge of AP, AR and accounting principles
- Familiar with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Careful, responsible and well-organised
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
