3.The office timings are Monday - Saturday, 10 am - 6:30 pm.

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:

1. Handling stock-related accounting entries.
2. Managing TDS-related work and entries.
3. Passing voucher entries including debit, credit, and expense vouchers.
4. Managing discount-related entries and customer account reconciliation.
5. Recording and maintaining purchase bill entries.
6. Maintaining stock records and physical stock reconciliation with books.
7. Preparing sales and collection reports.
8. Performing bank reconciliation statements (BRS).
9. Maintaining proper documentation and supporting records for all transactions.

Skills Required:

1. Tally

2. Excel and Google Sheets

3. Email

4. Descent command on spoken and written English.

5. Knowledge of GST.
