Accounts Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Assistant to join our Finance & Accounts team at a JCB dealership. The candidate will support day-to-day accounting operations, invoice processing, collections, payments, reconciliations, and documentation while ensuring accuracy and timely completion of financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
• Prepare and process sales, purchase, service, parts, and other business invoices.
• Handle cash, bank, purchase, sales, and journal entries.
• Perform regular bank and ledger reconciliations.
• Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Verify invoices, bills, receipts, vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Track customer outstanding payments and assist the team with follow-up for collections.
• Assist in processing vendor payments and maintaining vendor records.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
• Assist with GST, TDS, PF, ESI and other statutory accounting requirements.
• Support monthly closing activities and preparation of financial reports.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service, Parts, Warranty and HR departments for accounting-related matters.
• Assist in maintaining JCB dealership-related financial records and documentation.
• Ensure timely submission of reports and supporting documents to the Accounts Manager.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by the management.

Pay: From ₹13,000.00 per month
