LOCATION : GANAPATHY, CBE .

• Maintain accurate records of daily hospital and IVF-related financial transactions.
• Prepare and update patient bills, receipts, payment records, and outstanding balances.
• Handle cash, card, UPI, and other payment transactions and maintain proper records.
• Verify patient billing details, treatment packages, discounts, refunds, and adjustments.
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
• Reconcile cash collections, bank transactions, and billing system records regularly.
• Maintain records of expenses, purchases, vendor payments, and other hospital-related accounts.
• Coordinate with the billing, front office, pharmacy, laboratory, and administration teams regarding financial matters.
• Follow up on pending payments and maintain accurate outstanding-payment records.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and financial information and ensure proper filing of all accounting documents.
