Accounts Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and transactions, including accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and support the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Managing employee’s claims.
• Liaise with auditors and other related divisions where necessary
• Handle data entry and update financial documents.
• Handle and organize office administrative work as well as undertake any jobs assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Requirements:

• At least a Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Proven working experiences in accounting or finance in any industry with at least 1-2 years of experience would be an advantage. (Fresh graduates who are passionate in accounting are encouraged to apply for the position.)
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software (SQL).
• Has good command of both written and spoken English.
• Fluent in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia would be an extra bonus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to multitask and work efficiently in managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
