Role Overview

Roswalt Buildcon Private Limited is looking for a smart, organized, and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to support the Finance & Accounts team in day-to-day accounting and administrative activities.

The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Real Estate / Construction industry, with good knowledge of MS Excel, Tally, basic accounting, and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day accounting and finance activities.
• Enter and maintain accounting transactions in Tally / ERP software.
• Prepare and verify invoices, bills, vouchers, receipts, and payment documents.
• Maintain purchase and sales records.
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Maintain vendor and customer ledgers.
• Assist in bank and ledger reconciliation.
• Verify bills and supporting documents before processing.
• Maintain proper records and filing of accounting documents.
• Assist in preparing MIS reports and other accounting reports.
• Support the Finance & Accounts team in monthly clos

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
