What they need
we are seeking a detailed oriented and proactive Accounts Assistant to join our finance team. the ideal canditate will need to be responsible for the following
prepare and process payrolls and employee overtime, create monthly rota, monitoring annual leave/ overtimes
Accounts payablefull management,post approved largfe volume of purchases and expenses invoices and credit notesto the purchase ledger accurately
Checking and reconciling supplier statements
Assisting with supplier payment runs
Till reconcilliation
posting bank statements
Work closley with accounts receivable and payment process
liase with other departments as necessary to ensure accuaracy of relevant information
Provude administration support to the Finance Manager
General office duties -monotoring accounts inbox
Pay: €28,300.00-€45,371.60 per year
