Accounts Assistant

Job scope

·         Perform Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable functions, including data entry into the systems

·         Prepare sales billing, credit notes, process payments

·         Check AR workflows and follow up on open jobs (unbilled jobs)

·         Prepare monthly Bank & Supplier reconciliations

·        Follow up on outstanding payments from customers

·         Participate in stock take events and inventory related matters

·         Maintain proper documentation and filing

·         Disseminate & circulate invoices, statement of accounts

·         Assist in any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum Higher NITEC in Accountancy.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel

• Possess strong written English proficiency
