Accounts Assistant

The roles of an account assistant :

Tracking and recording all logistics-related expenses incurred each day, including transportation, fuel, warehousing, and other operational costs.

Ensuring that all bills, invoices, and receipts related to logistics expenses are accurate, legitimate, and properly documented.

Comparing recorded expenses with bank statements and supplier invoices to ensure consistency and accuracy.

Preparing daily expenditure reports for management review, highlighting any unusual or significant costs.

Assisting in tracking expenses against the allocated logistics budget to ensure spending remains within limits.

Coordinating with logistics, procurement, and finance teams to clarify expenses and resolve discrepancies.

Ensuring all expenditure complies with company policies and maintaining proper documentation for audit purposes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
