Accounts Assistant

Drums Express Factory LLC, a manufacturing company based in Umm Al Quwain, UAE, is looking for an Accounts Assistant to join our team.

Position: Accounts Assistant

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assist with daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Prepare and maintain invoices, receipts, and payment records.
• Record daily financial transactions accurately.
• Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile bank and cash transactions.
• Maintain proper filing of accounting documents.
• Assist with monthly reports and other accounting requirements.
• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Available in the UAE.
• Can join immediately.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Accounting software knowledge is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
