Accounts Assistant

Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day accounting records.
• Record purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entries in Tally Prime.
• Assist in preparing invoices, debit notes, and credit notes.
• Maintain customer and vendor ledgers.
• Perform bank reconciliation.
• Verify purchase bills and expense vouchers.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory documentation.
• Maintain proper filing of financial and accounting records.
• Coordinate with internal departments for accounting-related activities.
• Support the Accounts Manager in monthly closing and MIS preparation.
• Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned.

Experience

0–2 Year (Freshers are welcome to apply)

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of Tally Prime or Tally ERP.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Basic understanding of accounting concepts.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
