Accounts Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Able to handle full set accounts, preparing vendor purchase orders, preparing customer invoices, and track incoming and outgoing payments.
• Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements, ledger accounts, and vendor and customer statements of accounts
• Record Keeping: Enter daily transactions into Quick & Easy (QNE) accounting software with e-Invoicing format, proper filing and documentations
• Preparation for Audits: Prepare financial statements for year-end annual report.
• Stock Report: Prepare and recording the inventory and conduct stock take on quarterly basis.

Skills & Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a certificate or a diploma in accounting or finance is often preferred.
• Experience: 1 to 2 years in handling full set accounts.
• Software Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting programs like Quick & Easy (QNE), or ERP systems.
• Soft Skills: Proficiency in Malay and English, strong time-management, high accuracy with numbers, and clear verbal and written communication skills.
