Accounts Assistant

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounting entries, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments.
• Prepare and maintain sales invoices, purchase bills, and vouchers.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable.
• Maintain customer and supplier ledgers and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Assist with bank reconciliation and petty cash management.
• Maintain records of printing material purchases, stock-related bills, and expenses.
• Assist with GST-related documentation and other routine accounting work.
• Maintain proper filing of invoices and financial documents.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding accounts-related matters.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in Commerce (B.Com preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
• Working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
• Good communication, organizational, and numerical skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.

Preferred Candidate

• Experience in a printing, manufacturing, or trading company will be an advantage.
• Should be honest, punctual, organized, and willing to learn.
