Accounts Assistant

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of accurate financial records
• Process and record accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial data
• Support the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
• Provide analysis of financial data as needed
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Handle day-to-day accounting tasks and inquiries
• E-Invoice knowledge preferrable
• Work closely with team members to address financial discrepancies and resolve issues

Qualifications:

• Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance or related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and accounting software is an advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia
• Ability to work in a team and a good sense of responsibility
• Organized, excellent problem-solving skills, and committed to meeting deadlines
