Accounts Assistant

We’re a family-owned logistics company based in Forest Glen, and we’re looking for a friendly and proactive fulltime Accounts Assistant to join our supportive and close-knit head office team.

You’ll be joining a fast-paced but fun environment where no two days are the same—and you’ll be backed by a team that believes in working hard, helping each other out, and celebrating wins together. Full training will be provided, so if you’re eager to learn and love being part of a team, you’ll feel right at home.

Your Role Will Include:

• Account Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll & General Ledger

• Using in-house systems (training provided)

• Delivering great customer service to both internal and external clients

• Communicating and reporting to your team leader

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• Has all round accounting/bookkeeping experience
• MYOB experience
• Ideally has experience in the transport/logistics industry (but not essential)
• Communicates clearly and confidently – both in writing and face-to-face
• Excel, Word, and Outlook experience
• Has great attention to detail, thinks out of the square and stays calm under pressure
• can work autonomously, as well as being a team player
• Can manage time effectively and meet deadlines
• Is willing to learn and adapt in a fast-moving environment
