v Gathering payroll expenses and input into appropriate entry line

v Monitoring daily communications and answering any queries

v Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.

v Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals

v Recording and filing cash transactions

v Controlling credit and chasing debt

v Invoice processing and filing

v Processing expense requests for the accountant to approve

v Bank reconciliation

v Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers

v Updating and maintaining procedural documentation

v Assist the Chief Accountant for finalization of accounts and Audit

v Bachelor's Degree in Accounts/Finance or relevant field

v 1 to 2 years of experience in accounts section of relevant field
