Accounts Assistant

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, good numerical skills, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

● Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.

● Prepare and process invoices, bills, and payment entries.

● Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.

● Perform bank reconciliations and maintain ledgers.

● Assist in GST-related documentation and filing.

● Maintain vouchers, receipts, and other financial documents.

● Support the accounts team with daily administrative tasks.

Requirements

● Qualification: B.Com or a relevant accounting qualification.

● Experience: candidates with 2 to 3 years experience may apply.

● Basic knowledge of accounting principles and GST.

● Knowledge of Tally and MS Excel is preferred.

● Good attention to detail and organizational skills.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹8,200.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
