About the Company

Ashoka Enterprises India is a trading and distribution firm dealing in cables and wires. We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to manage day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily sales, purchase, payment, receipt, and journal entries in Tally.
• Prepare sales invoices, purchase bills, debit/credit notes, and vouchers.
• Maintain customer and vendor ledgers and perform account reconciliations.
• Handle GST-related entries, data preparation, and support for GST returns.
• Perform bank reconciliation and assist with monthly accounting reports.
• Maintain Excel reports using PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate stock-related accounting records and coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely updating of financial records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.Com or graduate in Commerce preferred.
• 3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Tally and GST is essential.
• Good command of Advanced MS Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and formulas.
• Knowledge of invoicing, ledger maintenance, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliation.
• Strong numerical skills, accuracy, honesty, and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
