What they need
Key Responsibilities:-
- Transaction Management: Manage all day-to-day accounting transactions, including fixed payments, variable expenses, and petty cash.
- Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR) reconciliations.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare budget forecasts, balance sheets, and profit/loss statements to report on financial health.
- Taxation & Compliance: Compute taxes, prepare monthly/quarterly tax returns (such as GST Compliance, TDS, or VAT depending on jurisdiction), and ensure compliance with local financial regulations.
Requirements & Qualifications:-
- Education: Bachelor's degree (B.Com / M.Com) or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years. *(Male & Female Candidate) * Audit Office Work Experience Preference (Immediately Join).
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in accounting software like Tally Prime and SAP, along with intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills.
