Accounts Assistant

JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for providing accounts support to the business. Ensuring accounting processes are always managed in line with service delivery and company and client requirements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES

Responsibilities will include, but not be restricted to:

· Processing of sales and purchase invoices

· Ownership of contractor accounts to deliver timely payments, including account reconciliations, and regular updates to our Network Partners

· This role may be available as an apprentice, with study support provided for AAT examinations.

ESSENTIAL, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILL

The ideal candidate will:

· Have some experience in an accounts environment (preferable), or be able to demonstrate experience of data manipulation / analysis

· Have a willingness to learn

· Pay close attention to detail

· Be able to demonstrate a high standard of performance in their current role

· Be reliable and punctual

· Appreciate the need for confidentiality

Pay: £15,600.00-£24,784.50 per year
