What they need
Part-time: 4 flexible hours a day, Monday to Saturday
Role
- Enter sales, purchase, expense and stock data into the system
- Keep invoices, bills, vouchers and receipts up to date
- File physical and digital documents in order
- Help prepare ledgers, basic reports and reconciliations
- Cross-check entries and flag errors or missing details
- Support the accounts team with Excel work
- Learn accounting and costing hands-on under a qualified CMA
Preferred:
- B.Com 1st or 2nd year student, pursuing CMA Foundation or Inter
- 12th pass, commerce stream preferred
- Basic MS Excel and computers, with good typing speed
- Basic accounting concepts, with Tally a plus but not a must
- Good English and Hindi, and careful with details
- Selection includes a short basic accounting test
