Accounts Assistant

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Accounting

• Maintain daily sales and purchase entries in Tally.
• Prepare sales invoices, purchase vouchers, receipts, and payment vouchers.
• Maintain cash book, bank book, and ledger accounts.

2. Billing & Collections

• Prepare customer invoices and verify billing details.
• Follow up with customers for pending payments.
• Maintain customer-wise outstanding reports.
• Coordinate with the sales and service teams for billing.

3. Banking & Payments

• Prepare bank reconciliation statements (BRS).
• Verify bank transactions and payment receipts.
• Process supplier payments after approval.
• Maintain cheque, NEFT, RTGS, and UPI transaction records.

4. GST & Statutory Compliance

• Assist in GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B preparation.
• Verify GST invoices and input tax credit details.
• Coordinate with the auditor for GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.

5. Supplier & Expense Management

• Verify supplier invoices and purchase orders.
• Maintain accounts payable and expense records.
• Track due dates for supplier payments.

6. MIS & Reporting

• Prepare daily billing and collection reports.
• Submit weekly outstanding and payment follow-up reports.
• Prepare monthly income and expense statements.
• Report overdue payments and accounting discrepancies to management.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
