Accounts Assistant / Executive

About the role

This role involves performing day-to-day accounting data entries and handling the full spectrum of financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, GST, and audit matters.

Key responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day accounting data entries
• Handle full spectrum of Accounts Payable, including payment processing of suppliers' invoices
• Handle full spectrum of Accounts Receivables, including sales/cash reconciliations
• Handle full set of accounts, Bank Reconciliation, GST and Audit matters
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

About you

• LCCI/ CAT/ Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Positive working attitude, willing to learn and able to multi task
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good oral and written communication skills (spoken and written English and Mandarin in order to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking associates)
• Prior experience in F&B environment is an advantage
