Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced, highly detail-oriented Senior Accounting Executive / Assistant Manager with 10+ years of solid experience in core accounting, compliance, financial reporting, and team oversight. The selected candidate will manage end-to-end accounting operations, statutory compliances (GST/TDS), audit management, and financial reporting directly coordinating with management.

Key Responsibilities

· Financial Management & Operations: Lead end-to-end accounting operations, general ledger scrutiny, accounts payable/receivable oversight, and bank reconciliations.

· Statutory Compliance: Ensure full regulatory compliance for GST filings, TDS deductions/returns, RERA financial compliances, and periodic tax audits.

· Month-End & Year-End Closing: Oversee month-end and year-end financial closures, preparing Trial Balance, Profit & Loss statements, and Balance Sheets.

· Audit Coordination: Coordinate internal, external, and statutory audits, serving as the primary point of contact for auditors.

· Cash Flow & Budgeting: Monitor daily cash flow statements, track vendor payments, manage contractor bills, and assist management with budget forecasting.

· Team & Process Oversight: Supervise and guide junior accounts staff, ensuring accuracy in data entry, invoice processing, and digital records.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

· Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (B.Com / M.Com) or Inter-CA / MBA Finance.

· Experience: 10+ years of hands-on accounting experience (Experience in Real Estate, Construction, or Infrastructure is preferred).

· Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Tally Prime / ERP software and advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, financial modeling).

· Compliance Knowledge: In-depth working knowledge of GST laws, TDS/Income Tax provisions, Indian Accounting Standards, and real estate billing operations.

· Leadership & Analytical Skills: Strong managerial capability, problem-solving mindset, and ability to handle high-volume financial data accurately.
