Accounts Assistant Manager @ Shah Alam

Responsibilities (Assistant Manager):

• To handle the full account
• Daily cash balance and ensure cash flows are adequate to allow business units to operate effectively for a group of companies.
• Responsible for the daily operations of the accounts department by supervising, guiding, and reviewing subordinates’ work for a group of companies.
• Liaise with auditors, bankers, and other related authorities
• Middleman between internal auditor's vs all inter department
• Liaise with admin department & bank for all bank's account
• Petty cash control
• Ad hoc task or assignment when required.
• Assist in daily accounting operations.
• Liaise with auditors, bankers and other related authorities.
• Follow up outstanding amount, handling AR- Credit note sent by operation team
• Ensure all accounts staff perform and comply with the task assign to them
• Assist in liaising with external parties, such as auditor, banker, tax agent, company secretary and other related authorized parties.
• Responsible in preparation of monthly financial report
• Any other task that assigned by the management.
• Assist in update and monitor Fixed asset schedule including of depreciation, asset tagging and prepare journal voucher
• Forex booking for oversea payments, pick up non-trade Purchase Invoices after send out SOA need to complete 10th of the month.

Requirements :

1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Finance /Accountancy or part professional qualification such as ACCA, MIA
2. Minimum 3 - 5 years relevant working experience in handling partial closing full set of accounts with established company
3. Computer literate and hands on experience in Cargo Wise would be an advantage.
4. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
5. Knowledge of computerized accounting is an added advantage.
6. Pleasant personality with good communication skills.
7. Good Knowledge in forwarding industry would be added advantage.
8. Knowledge in full set account would be added advantage.
9. Process Own transport with valid license.
