Accounts Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, receipts, and accounting entries.
• Manage and oversee all accounting transactions in Zoho Books.
• Review and reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank accounts, and ledger balances.
• Maintain proper accounting documentation and ensure records are updated and organized.
• Prepare and review MIS reports, reconciliations, and financial summaries for management.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, customers, auditors, and consultants as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures.

Preferred candidate profile

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
• Hands-on experience in Zoho Books, Tally, and other accounting software.
• Sound knowledge of accounting principles, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of accounting operations.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
