Accounts Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping and financial records.
• Record and organise invoices, bills, receipts, and payments.
• Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Perform bank reconciliations and payment tracking.
• Maintain accurate entries in Zoho Books.
• Support GST, TDS, and other accounting compliance activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams for accounts-related documentation.

Requirements

• Graduate in any stream (B.Com preferred).
• 6 months–1 year accounting/bookkeeping experience (internship accepted)
• Working knowledge of Zoho Books.
• Basic understanding of bookkeeping, journal entries, invoices, and reconciliations.
• Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, good communication

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
