Job Title: Accounts Associate

Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 4,500 – 5,500 per month (depending on experience)
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on UAE experience in bookkeeping and general accounting functions, with strong organizational and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and reconciliations
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Support the finance team in audits and other accounting functions as needed

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or a similar accounting role
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• ACCA qualification or ongoing ACCA studies is preferred
• Applicants who have their own visa and can join immediately is highly preferred
