Accounts Associate

Responsibilities

• Handle Good Received Notes (GRN) and ensure proper recording.
• Process and manage expense invoices.
• Prepare accounting schedules and account analysis.
• Perform general accounting and administrative duties.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation.
• Assist with ad-hoc duties and tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Good team player
• Positive and proactive attitude.
• Committed to meeting deadlines and payment processing timelines.
• Familiar with Excel.
• Flexible and willing to learn and develop new skill,
• Able to identify issues, and to solve exceptions.
• 1–2 years of relevant accounting or Accounts Payable experience is preferred. Candidates without prior experience who demonstrate a strong willingness to learn may also be considered.
