What they need
About the role
Key responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting operations, bookkeeping, and financial data entry
- Prepare and issue invoices, receipts, and billing statements to clients
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing, including preparing accounting schedules and reports
- Handle customer enquiries and debt chasing
- Perform general accounting duties and other ad hoc tasks as assigned
About you
- F.5, DSE or above
- Accounting or related discipline/LCCI elementary level or above
- Minimum 2 year relevant working experiences
- Good communication skills and basic written and spoken English and Chinese is a must
- Familiar with ERP and Microsoft Excel
