Accounts Associate

Job Summary

• We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Associate to join our team in Zirakpur.
• This is an entry-level opportunity for B.Com graduates who are interested in building their careers in accounting and finance.
• The candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, good numerical skills, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day accounting and financial activities.
• Maintain and update financial records, invoices, vouchers, and payment details.
• Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Support bank reconciliation and ledger maintenance.
• Help prepare and maintain expense reports and other financial documents.
• Assist with GST-related documentation and basic accounting compliance.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding invoices, payments, and financial records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.Com graduate or equivalent qualification in Commerce.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial transactions.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Good numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial records.
• Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of Tally or other accounting software.
• Familiarity with GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation.
