About the role
This role involves maintaining accounting records, preparing financial statements, and supporting day-to-day accounting operations in a friendly working environment at a Bukit Jalil location.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
- Assist in the preparation of Full Set Accounts
- Generate invoices, credit notes, and payment vouchers
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Ensure all accounting records are filed systematically
- Assist in any other ad-hoc administrative or accounting tasks as assigned
About you
- Possess at least a LCCI / Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- 1–3 years of working experience in accounting
- Familiar with SQL Accounting, AutoCount, or UBS (Sage)
- Meticulous, organized, and able to meet deadlines
