Key responsibilities

• Perform general accounting duties, including payment processing, accounts receivable/payable, bank reconciliation, petty cash management, monthly account statements, and staff travel expense claims, etc.
• Handle accounting data entry
• Handle filing and other clerical duties
• Provide shared services for affiliates, such as AR/AP clearance and payment processing
• Handle daily bank operations and transactions
• Assist with month-end closing and year-end audit
• Handle ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements

• LCC inter or above / Diploma in Accounting
• Minimum 2 years' solid experience in accounting
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• ERP experience is a plus
• Well organized and self-motivated
• Detailed oriented and eager to learn
• Able to meet various tight deadlines
• Immediate available is an advantage
