Accounts Clerk

About the role

This is an accounting role responsible for managing accounts payable and receivable, processing payments, bank reconciliation, and supporting month-end close and financial reporting activities.

Key responsibilities

• Handle accounts payable
• Handle receivable and collection
• Handle payments, bank reconciliation and intercompany transactions reconciliation
• Assist with month-end close and financial reporting
• Perform accurate data entry, filing and routine administrative work with patience and attention to detail
• Liaise with internal teams and external parties to follow up accounting information and support audit or other ad-hoc assignments when required

About you

• 0-3 years accounting experience (fresh graduates are welcome)
• LCCI / diploma or above in accounting or related fields will be preferred
• Proficiency in computer skills, in particular MS Office Excel
• Good command in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Detail-minded, patient and responsible; willing to handle routine work, ask questions proactively and learn step by step
• Good interpersonal skills and able to work with colleagues from different functions and backgrounds
• Immediate available or short notice is highly preferred
