Accounts Clerk

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle routine accounting duties, daily data entry, and documentation filing (including invoices, receipts, and vouchers).
• Assist in maintaining and updating the Bank Register and performing monthly bank reconciliations.
• Provide administrative support and assist supervisors in preparing monthly financial and management reports.
• Perform ad-hoc duties and administrative tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

• HKDSE / Form 5 or above, preferably with LCCI Level 2 qualifications or a Diploma in Accounting.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting or clerical support (Fresh graduates with a proactive learning attitude will also be considered).
• Proficient in MS Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas) and common MYOB accounting software.
• Meticulous, well-organized, responsible, and capable of completing work accurately and on schedule.
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English.
