Accounts Clerk

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine Account Receivable matters.
• Perform AR function checking of invoices, debit notes and credit notes, verification of supporting documents.
• Perform reconciliation of accounting schedules and accounting receivable breakdown of customers.
• Assist in Account Payable to prepare accounting journals, and statement of accounts,
• Handle and update customers settlement on timely basis.
• Check and input data into accounting system
• Assist in routine weekly AR operations and month end closing
• To handle correspondence mail with internal and external customer.
• Provide support to account departments and assist in ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Knowledge in Accounting or related disciplines with LCC Intermediate or above
• Experience in accounts receivable of sizable companies preferable
• Familiar with accounting software, knowledge of “Kingdee” & Excel would be an advantage
• Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua is an asset
• Proactive, detail-minded, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
• Immediately available is highly preferred.

Candidate with more experience will be considered for other senior positions.
