Accounts Clerk

FreshUp is the largest smart vending machine solution provider in Hong Kong. We own and operate 5000+ vending machines, and are now inviting talented individual to join our accounting team. The ideal candidate will provide your clerical skills and AP/AR experienced support to our Accounting Department. We welcome attentive persons to join us.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform accounts AP, mainly AR functions
• Prepare cheque, payments, aging report, data checking and general accounting support
• Assist in day-to-day operation, and other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• 2+ years of accounting experience, both Retail & Trading background is advantaged
• Diploma in Accounting with LCCI or related disciplines
• Proficient in MS Office (word, excel); well versed in using accounting software
• Good command of English, typing in Chinese & English
• Well organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented
• Immediately available
