Accounts cum Admin 5.5 Day Work

Working location: Toa Payoh, nearest MRT is Braddell

Current Working Hours: Total 5.5 days

Mon-Fri 9am-6pm

Sat or Sun 9am-1pm

2027 onwards will be 5 days

Mon-Fri 9am-6pm (select 4 days)

Sat or Sun 9am-6pm (select 1 day)

What you'll be doing:

• Prepare and issue customer invoices and receipts.
• Record and track incoming payments and outstanding balances.
• Follow up on overdue payments when required.
• Maintain accurate accounts records and documentation.
• Assist with basic accounts reconciliation and data entry.
• Handle filing and general administrative paperwork.
• Assist with purchase orders, supplier invoices and other administrative matters.
• Provide general administrative support to the florist team when required.
• Help with day-to-day office tasks and other ad-hoc duties as needed.

Who we're looking for:

• Position open to Singaporean and Permanent Resident to apply only
• Experience in basic accounting or administrative work is preferred.
• Familiarity with invoicing, payments and basic bookkeeping.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Organised, responsible and able to work independently.
• Basic computer knowledge
• Experience in Microsoft Office: Word and Excel
• Friendly and love working in florist environment
