Accounts Cum Admin Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting tasks including data entry, invoicing and maintaining accurate financial records
• Prepare monthly salary records with accuracy and compliance.
• Filing on employee monthly CPF contribution, income tax, quarterly GST submission & other IRAS matters
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial and administrative records.
• Ensure company records, documents and files are properly organised and kept up to date
• Perform accounting and administrative tasks as assigned by management.

Skills and Experience:

• Higher NITEC, or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
• Knowledge in accounting skills and basic knowledge for Human Resources
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Accounting Software is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Responsible and willing to take ownership of assigned task.
• Able to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
