Accounts Cum Admin Executive

Key responsibilities

• Maintain full set of Accounts including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Debtors' Aging and General Ledger
• Work closely with various departments to generate Invoices, Delivery Orders, Statement of Accounts and Purchase Orders in a timely manner
• Verify and prepare any other recurring payments for management approval
• Ensure all transactions are complete and accurately updated into the accounting system, properly documented and filed
• Answer and redirect appropriately incoming calls
• Arrange and manage logistics requirements of the business operations
• Manage and keep up-to-date employee records including Time Attendance records
• Support in certain project administrative tasks
• Ensure office supplies, stationery and pantry items are managed and sufficient
• Ensure office equipment is in good working condition
