Accounts - Data Entry Executive

ABOUT THE JOB

• At AbleCold, accurate and timely financial data is essential for smooth business operations.
• As an Accounts Data Entry Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records, entering financial data, and supporting the Accounts team with day-to-day documentation and reconciliation activities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Enter and maintain financial and accounting data accurately in Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
• Maintain invoices, bills, receipts, payment records, and other financial documents.
• Assist the Accounts team with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable entries.
• Verify data, invoices, and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with ledger updates, reconciliations, and basic accounting activities.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect and verify required financial information.
• Identify and report discrepancies or missing information to the Accounts team.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned data entry and accounting tasks.

REQUIREMENTS

• 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Data Entry, Accounting, or a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or a fast-paced organisation will be an added advantage.
