Temporary Assignment – 1 to 3 Months

Position: Accounts Data Entry Trainee
Duration: 1–3 Months
Gender: Male & Female Candidates Preferred
Location: Kochi

Candidate Profile

• Candidates with basic knowledge of Accounts and Data Entry preferred.
• Tally knowledge is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel / MS Office.
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Ability to handle large volumes of data carefully.
• Basic understanding of invoices, bills, vouchers and accounting records.
• Good attention to detail and ability to identify data-entry errors.
• Freshers and candidates with relevant experience can apply.
• Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update accounts-related data accurately.
• Enter invoices, bills, vouchers and other financial records.
• Assist the Accounts team with Tally data entry and documentation.
• Verify and maintain records and supporting documents.
• Identify and correct data-entry discrepancies.
• Maintain proper filing and organization of records.
• Complete assigned data-entry work within the required timeline.

Important Note

This is a temporary 1–3 month assignment created specifically for a data-entry project. The employment/assignment will automatically conclude once the assigned data-entry work is completed. Continuation after completion of the project is not guaranteed.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
