ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities

Process and record accounts payable transactions, including supplier invoices, staff claims, and payments.
Reconcile vendor statements and investigate any discrepancies promptly.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records and supporting documents.
Assist in preparing financial reports and month-end closing activities.
Work closely with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
Provide administrative and clerical support to the Finance & Accounting team as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM, LCCI Certificate or Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field.
• Able to work under tight dateline and minimum supervision.
• Strong fundamental accounting knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
• Detailed-oriented, independent, has strong communication skills and a good team player.
