JOB DESCRIPTION
- Strong accounting foundation.
- Validate transactional data.
- Investigate root causes of accounting data mismatches and correct posting errors.
- Perform high-volume reconciliations.
- Advanced Excel capabilities (Power Query, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for manipulating and matching large data sets.
- Calculate complex incentive structures, tiered commissions, and performance bonuses using strict math and logic models.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems with an accounting focus.
- 4+ years of experience in core accounting, bookkeeping, or accounting data reconciliation.
