Accounts Executive (5 Days) - LL

Position Summary:
Reporting directly to the Accounts Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the finance team in daily transactional accounting and administrative duties. This is a great opportunity for junior profiles or fresh graduates looking to build their foundation in corporate accounting.

Key Responsibilities:
Payment & Banking Processing:
Issue cheques, manage petty cash disbursements, and process banking documents including Giro applications, telegraphic/bank remittance forms, and Letters of Credit (LC).

Billing & Invoicing:
Prepare and issue accurate tax invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and customer/vendor receipts.

Voucher & Ledger Entry:
Prepare incoming/outgoing vouchers and journal entries to ensure precise record-keeping.

Compliance & Administrative Reporting:
Handle inquiries and surveys from the Department of Statistics, and manage stationery and office paper allocation.

Ad-Hoc Support:
Assist with other operational and administrative duties as assigned by management.
