Accounts Executive [ AP / AR / GL ]

Location: Boon Lay (Company Transport)
Basic Salary: $3200 - $3700

Responsibilities:

• Manage AR transactions, including receipts, advance payments, discrepancies and weekly aging reports.
• Prepare monthly customer SOA and follow up on outstanding balances where required.
• Process AP invoices, payment vouchers and staff claims with accurate account and cost centre coding.
• Maintain supplier SOA and perform AP reconciliation, including verification of stock invoices.
• Prepare journal entries and monthly Giro payment vouchers for salaries, expenses and GST payments.
• Perform SGD and USD bank reconciliations and maintain balance sheet schedules for month-end closing.
• Maintain GST permit records, supporting documents and assist with GST preparation and submission.
• Support audit and tax queries, accounting system matters and other ad-hoc accounting duties.

Requirements:

• Relevant accounting experience, with hands-on exposure to AP, AR and GL.
• Knowledge in bank reconciliation, month-end closing and balance sheet schedules.
• Familiar with GST preparation and submission, as well as audit and tax matters.
