Accounts Executive [AP/AR]

Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP) and/or Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Process invoices, payments, and accounting entries.
• Follow up on customer payments and supplier invoices.
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
• Assist with month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Perform other finance-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Knowledge of AP, AR, or full set accounting, depending on the position.
