Accounts Executive ( AP/Full Set)

About the role

An Accounts Executive role involving daily financial reporting, supplier payment processing, and account management across multiple functions.

Key responsibilities

• Daily update of various reports including bank balances, incoming sales, AP Listing, and Payment Advices
• Prepare and process supplier payments accurately and within designated timelines
• Address external and internal queries promptly and professionally via phone and email
• Download and prepare monthly reports, including bank statements, sales reports, and invoices
• Compile and maintain Staff Claim Reports
• Perform adhoc office administrative tasks as needed

About you

• Diploma in Accountancy or any relevant field
• Able to communicate fluently in English and Chinese
• Experience in handling full set of accounts is preferred but not required
• Strong financial competency, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Basic Microsoft Excel skill
• Meticulous with high level of integrity
• Independent and strong team player
• Effective time-management and multitasking skills
• Hands-on knowledge and experience with XERO accounting software is required
• Assist in preparation and submission of GST returns
