Accounts Executive (AR)

• Perform full spectrum of accounts receivables functions.
• Support retail outlets' enquiries and operations functions.
• Ensure daily receipts and revenue recording and reconciliations, monthly bank reconciliations, invoicing and receipts recordings, and handle third party receivables' issues.
• Month end closing and yearly closing are performed on a timely basis.
• Declare monthly GTO figures to relevant parties.
• Identify weaknesses and lapses in internal controls and assist in ad-hoc projects (e.g., system enhancements).

Requirements

• Minimum Degree or Diploma in Business studies, Accountancy or Finance .
• 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in Excel and MS applications, PowerBi and ERP Accounting Software - Sun System.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, proactive, hands-on and comfortable to work closely with cross-functional colleagues in a lean team.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Proactive and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in ERP accounting systems (e.g. SunSystems), Microsoft Office applications, and Microsoft Power BI.
